This is the only store I've ever been in that does not stand behind THEIR OWN prices. Went in today and found a Baby Bjorn infant carrier with a tag attached that had "front pack" clearly labeled on it (just like all the other carriers). Took it to the front to buy and the lady at the desk said that someone had put the wrong label on it and it was supposed to be $18.50 MORE than what the tag said and refused to sell it to me for the price that was clearly listed on it. Love the owners and staff at this store! The selection for shopping is usually great and they make it easy to turn my kids gently used items into money.
If I could go lower I. Star rating I would. They were by far the rudest people ever there. And very low balling on the amount there willing to pay for your stuff. I don't recommend this place at all.
Over priced get some things new n cheaper at Walmart.
I am referring to the one on electric road when writing this post. I like the other location much better! I stopped in to sell a small bag of boys clothing that they would have wanted almost every item, and at 4 pm on a Sunday they told me it would be an hour and a half wait and I would have to wait around. They told me I would not be able to pick it up the next day. I have done business with the other once upon a child near the airport. Much friendlier staff and more accommodating. I won't be going back.
