We arrived to drop items off at 10:30am. There were 2 people buying (which was only 1 basket they were going through), 1 sorting, 1 on the register and 1 out on the floor. We got signed in then were told it would be 3 hours!! Seriously??? We were already there so we figured we would go shop then eat and come back because who knows when they will decide to buy again. We came back at 1:30 and guess what...we were told it would be another 45 minutes!!! I will not do this again!!

The customer service is not the same. It use to be nice and clean place to shop. I met a lady there not long ago who made the experience less like a yard sale. Melissa was her name. She took notice I had a need and offered to help and didnt stop until we found the size and similar color needed. Loosing her was a definitely hit to their service that will hurt this location in the long run. smh
