I’ve sold clothes here several times (at both locations) and have no complaints. After trying to sell them myself unsuccessfully, I was able to sell whole lots for at least what I would’ve wanted, sometimes more. If you bring in items as they ask (clean, no stains/wear, etc.), you should have a pleasant selling experience. Staff is always friendly. I enjoy shopping there as well! The selection is generally great.

I went a few days ago for the first time and was looking through clothes... There was a onesie that had the original tag marked for $3.88 from Wal-Mart.... You had it marked at $4.50. Stop ripping people off! I will NEVER return to your store.

I'm sorry that happened. We price all our onesie/bodysuit at 1.50 each no matter the brand or size. I'm wondering if it was suppose to have pants and was priced as a 2pc. All our prices are set by the computer for consistency between all Once Upon A Child locations.

Brought a large bag of clothes in to sell and was offered $39, that was great except they gave back about half of the bag of items they “couldn’t accept”. When I got home I looked through the bag and it was literally almost all perfect condition items, no stains, worn only once, I had just forgotten to snap the bottoms of the onesies after they got out of the wash. And some of the pants were never worn!

I went and pulled your sheet and went over the items that were purchased as well as the items that were passed on. It looks like your buy contained infant clothing and when purchasing infant sizes we do not purchase infant separates unless they are new with tags. I am so disgusted with this store, I went there looking for used clothes, found a cute pajamas that were brand new, that's great however it had a new tag on it that was over a dollar cheaper then what was on your tag, when I told the cashier she said "oh sorry the intern was supposed to pull that off, I will give it to you for the 5.44 that was on the Walmart tag", I asked the lady how much you guys paid for that she said for that we pay people 1 or 2 dollars, so you paid a dollar or 2 for something then try to sell it for 6... read more

Amber, first let me apologize for the pricing mistake. It should have been noticed that the discounted tag from Walmart should have been the price. When we put the mfg. into our software it comes back with the price four our tag. Again, we apologize. One thing that was not mentioned was that we are having a sleepware sale and if you had picked out a total of 3 sleepware items you would have received a 40% discount on all of your sleepwear. This store has been a staple for our family. We have bought ALL our little girls clothes here since day 1 and will continue to as our baby grows and am so thankful because as you know babies grow fast and their clothes need to catch up with them!
