Store is set up great making items easy to find. Helpful friendly staff that will help you locate items. Good prices on name brand items.
Honestly, I love shopping here. The costumer service is TERRIBLE though, the girls are so rude barely say 2 words to you and act like the are being tortured if they have to speak to you, great prices HORRIBLE service.
Once upon a child is the best. I can almost always find what I am looking for at a decent price.. huge inventory

I went to the store on the north side and left a bunch of clothes with them that they lost and then either didn't write a ticket or lost that as well. then they had nothing to say about the fact that they had lost all of my clothes and so now I will not be able to trade and spend money in the store as I was planning but also not get any of my clothes back and all the manager had to say was sorry for the inconvenience and we have called multiple times and no explanation just excuses no store credit to fix their screw up no co... read more

My daughter sold the same time as I but once she stopped they really started nit picking me at everything I brought to sell to them I am so disappointed in this store staff is very rude and unkind to resellers told my stuff was unclean and had cat hair but I knew I was Washed it before I took it there and had it sealed in a tote dropped it off and got a call and told it had cat piss on it and it was a very unprofessional call then went into the store to get told it only one item smelled a little you really should know if it ... read more
