They discriminate against people with medical conditions who cannot wear masks. My friends and I will not be returning, nor recommending this place.

Business response:

We're very sorry. We as a business are told we can not serve guests not wearing a mask or we face possible fines. If anyone can not wear a mask for medical reasons we have set up curbside pickup as an option to still serve you. We offer Facebook messaging as a way to shop where you can let us know the sizes and give us an idea of what your looking for and we'll take pics for you to choose from. Navigating business during these times is difficult for all and we're just trying to follow what guidelines have been laid for us. M... read more

The employees here have always been super nice and polite when I was there. A very rude lady came into the store while my husband and I were checking to sell something and the girl politely told her she needed an appoinment and they couldn’t accept an item because of a stain. The lady freaked out and started screaming and dropping F bombs to the poor employees. When she came back in yelling I turned around and nicely told her that a little bit of kindness goes a long and she proceeded to get into my face (mind you I’m a preg... read more

Business response:

Hi Kaitlyn I'm the store manager who sorted your items and called you on Tuesday. The gals called me tonight while you were in the store but unfortunately I couldn't answer at the moment and when I called back you had left. I want to first assure you we do not keep items we are unable to buy. When things are donated they go to 3 non profits and are given away. We had already contacted the organization (Operation Hope) who picked yesterday in regards to something else and she was heading back with another item we needed so th... read more

I cannot believe the sneaky, thieving people they are! I brought in a tote(which was kinda dirty on the outside, granted b/c I did not buy a new tote for this - I'm glad I didn't) with some used baby clothes, a really awesome Melissa and Doug toy, 2 unopened/sealed boxes of disposable medela breast shields and a brand new, tag-still-on boy's 12m 3pc suit.... the owner called me late on a Tuesday and told me that they couldn't take anything b/c the tote itself was dirty and some debris had gotten on some of the clothing. The ... read more

Business response:

Brittany, I'm sorry you had a negative experience selling your items. We always purchase everything we can (we need the inventory 😊!) but with infant sizes it is a little harder for us to sell and we are constantly getting those sizes in so we're extremely careful with what we do buy. I encourage you to bring in a few of those items and one of the managers will happily go through them with you so there's a better understanding of how our process works. If you do feel that you'd like to give us another try, there's always a ... read more
