Wouldn't take anything then when I went to pick up my stuff they had given my stuff away to someone else! Who does that? And then tells me to come back tomorrow?

Our policy is that if any items that we do not buy are not picked up within 24 hours we first call to remind the customer to pick up their items by a specified time, then if the items are still not picked up by that time we donate them.
