So glad this place expanded!!! It used to give me anxiety because was so cramped...much better now!!! I love the displays...you don't feel like you are in a 2nd hand shop.
The number one problem with this place is they don't care about their employees. Its owned by two trumpers who want to pay their employees minimum wage and turn them into numbers. I know from experience. Not mine personally but those close to me. It's a sad place that will certainly go down hill with the new management and ownership in place. I never walk out of this store empty handed! I can always find a great deal on some gently used clothes, toys or gear - or sometimes items that still have new tags! I frequently shop for twins which can get pricey when buying new, but at Once Upon A Child I am often able to find matching or coordinating outfits!
I like a good bargain and that's what I always find here- gently used clothes at an affordable price.
If I could give a 0, I would. This is the second time I came here trying to sell clothes and then turn around and use that money for clothes at the store. I had one whole small box and they wouldn't take anything using the whole "faded and white stain" bullcrap excuse. Most of the clothes I dropped off were only worn once. The clothes that they sell had more holes and were faded more than the clothes in the box. 0/5 would recommend. Go to another consignment shop. I will never come here again. Found a good selection of clothes and shoes when pregnant with my daughter but lately have been noticing there isn't much of a selection of 9 month stuff (yes, I saw the signs they are low on inventory) but what is out is outdated clothes in my opinion. I have taken nice barely worn name brand clothes in twice in the last couple months and barely had anything bought. Employees were rude and horrible. The clothes selection was okay. Half of it was over priced.
Good sale on summer clothes and good prices on toys.
