They really need to work on their customer service, I work in retail as well & would never talk to my customers in such a rude tone. Didn't like that I drove all the way to Evansville to sell some clothes to be told since I'm from Kentucky my stuff wouldn't be looked at until everyone after Indiana. Waited three hours to be told that they can't buy anything because they aren't outfits... on the sign the only thing it said they were not taking in was shoes. Such a waste of time & gas.
Always rude! Never took ANY of my high end name brand items.
Took over 80 brand name baby clothes there all in perfect conditionthe first tine i dropped them off they called ne 5 min later and said they snelled like cigarette smoke which they came from pet and smoke free home so i picked them up washed them dried them took them back ill b damed if this smart ass employee dont call ne yesterday and try the same bs excuse so my husband went up there today and the lady said idk y they didnt buy any of thease they are all in perfect cond it dont make sence he agreed with her and left but ... read more
First time in there took some baby clothes in.mind u every piece was just washed and dried then put in a bag.literally 3 min after i walked out they called and said we went threw ny things and tbey smelled smoke on then lmfao smoke free home so please tell me how u did that smh with the amount of rude stuck up emoloyees im shocked they can keep the doors open..i will never in life recommend that shitty place to know one

We ask that items are brought in freshly laundered . We cannot buy items that smell of cigarette smoke.
I used to love this place but it had went downhill due to terrible customer service. I have never felt so violated, disrespected, profiled and flat out rude discrimination as the brunette with wavy hair and glasses. I will not be back.

I seriously love this place! I wish I lived closer I'd be there all the time lol I've always had a great experience there.
This place is so hit or miss. Very rude staff. I dropped off several items yesterday and I was told that they would be ready today. I called around 2:00 PM to see if they were because I hadn't heard anything. The person I spoke with was extremely rude on the phone and told me they would call when ready. I asked her to make sure because my phone had been having issues. Again very rudely told they would call when ready. I will never be back, and in fact am considering just coming to get my items since I am obviously inconvenie... read more
Biggest rip off, they took my clothes and only gave an in store credit and kept what I didn't get in 24 hrs as a "donation". What a dishonest store you are running. Shame on you. 0/5

Kelly, They are suppose to tell you at drop off to read our policies. They are also suppose to tell you on the phone to pick up that day. We have no problems holding items past our policy date IF we are told a day that works best for you . I apologize for the issue. I will reinforce our customer service prompts to the employees.
