My favorite OUAC location. The staff is amazing and kind. The manager is so kind to my son every time we come here. She always remembers us even though we don't get there as often as I would like.
I was in here a few weeks ago and said I’d review but forgot... Regardless I LOVE this location! They always have the best stuff, on occasion brand new! The staff here has always been very friendly for me. I prefer this location to the few others I’ve visited. The ladies who work here over the weekends especially rock and are my reason for coming back for the past almost 4 years

What life and time savers the helpers at Once Upon A Child are. I put in a request via messenger for a specific item and within hours I had pictures and choices of clothing items they had in stock. They were kind enough to do a 24 hour hold and I ran in after work to grab what I needed. Personal shoppers make busy moms very happy. Thank you Once Upon A Child Shakopee staff. I will be back and I will spread the word.
