for used stuff i think prices are way more than they should be you can buy brand new stuff a few more dollars. toys hit and miss pricing. selling stuff to them is a waste of time sorry not sorry they got big items from me including stroller, bouncers, shoes and clothes that was brand new children place they took 26 items and I received 26 dollars not worth it you need money to buy your kids the other things they need as they grow out off.
RecommendedEverytime I go into this store I am always welcomed by so many friendly faces. The staff goes above and beyond to help in anyway possible which is one of the things I truly enjoy. I love this store and highly recommend going if you ever get a chance, you wont regret it.
RecommendedAbsolutely love this once upon a child more than any other. It’s always amazingly clean and so are the clothes and toys and everything else. They always seem to have better quality items as well as a fantastic staff that is helpful and kind. I met the owner today and he was very honest about a stroller I was looking at not being able to fit my car seat. Most people would have just told me it would fit. I will always take my business here!
RecommendedI went here for the first time today and I truly enjoyed myself. The items was all pretty decent. Clothing was pretty nice. Toys selection was great! Prices was amazing! 8 out of 10 Customer service wasn’t that nice. Maybe they was just busy, or didn’t hear me. But I asked a few people questions and they walked right passed me. The one lady I did finally talk to was a lot of help and extremely nice. Will be going back soon! I did like this place and well worth the drive!

I will have a slight Karen moment and while I want to apologize ahead of time, I shouldn't. One would think things get cleaned once recieved into the store, idk the process on clothes BUT for sure I'd think at least toys get wiped down. Now apply this whole Covid19 situation and you'd expect a daily wipe down of surfaces and toys that are at least not on the top high shelves. I am so sorry this happened. Thank you for letting us know. We do have strict rules about cleanliness of items we purchase. And we spray things down before they go to the floor. Unfortunately, we are human and miss things at times! This will be addressed with our staff. We process thousands of pieces a day in our buys and we hope to catch everything before going out to the floor. As in this case it was missed. I’m very sorry!
