Worst customer service ive ever had. Went today at 240 the blonde lady with the short hair was extremely rude.!!! Never would recommend this place to anyone and if ur gonna work with the public. .You should be polite not nasty!
Selection and prices were good, but the customer service was terrible. The employees were not only rude from the beginning, but one even implied that a woman was trading in clothes for drug money. Regardless of the validity of that statement that is not any of the employees business nor is it good ethics to say such a thing about a customer. I won't be back.
Never in my life have I heard of such disrespect.!!!! These people think it's funny to laugh at an old handicapped woman who would have liked to buy clothes or her granddaughters baby that she is going to have never was this rudeness apart of ths business when I went here as a child. I will not be shopping her for my daughter again and I will DEFINITELY MAKE SURE to spread the word.
They give you absolutely nothing for your clothes and toys even with tags on them and then turn around and charge an arm and a leg for them. There's stuff on racks with stains and holes! You might as well go to stores and buy from the sales rack! It's the same price (a lot of the times cheaper) for brand new stuff. They're also rude and don't even greet you when you come in. You guys are absolutely rude to people. I went in here one time and tried to ask a question and I was just ignored over and over. Then the whole wheel chair thing. You guys need to be shut down
Worst experience I have had with getting rid of clothes. I took a years worth of clothes here that were laundered maybe a week prior to doing so. Most of which my son had never worn & if he did it was very minimal. I spent hours sorting through them, making sure the items that were stained or not in perfect condition were set aside. Everything was name brand (Wendy Bellisimo, Nautica, Carters, Ralp Lauren, etc.) some of which still had tags.
