RecommendedMy husband and I visited this location twice while we visited Colorado Springs. Both times we had great experiences with the associates. Plus it helped that the store was so clean and organized. There was so many great deals and pricing, we had to come back a second time. Fast forward 8 weeks later, we return home to KS. Had a pair of shoes not put in my bag. I called to ask about them, and was told “we’d check the cameras” and treated as if I was lying. It was an absolute joke, on the managers part. The employees were kind and willing to help, she was not. Over a $4.50 pair of shoes. I doubt I’ll be back with the way that women spoke to me.
