Although many times when I have been there to sell/buy various items I noticed that the staff was extremely busy , and although counter space is limited, possibly part of the problem others have complained about, staff has always been kind, respectful, and helpful. Very rude! They only buy from certain people. I took in almost new clothes for upcoming fall and holiday baby dresses and told me that they aren’t taking summer clothes. I have bought for years there and I have seen worse clothes on the rack then I have brought in. Clothes are tagged wrong size, holes in them, pants are custom fit and don’t realize it until you get home. I found shoes with dog poop on the bottom and mud on the soles. I have been selling clothes to them for a very long time. The staff is very kind and I always walk away with more money than expected. They do a fantastic job.
Horrible customer service!! They don’t give u anything for your cloths and they lie to you. I will never shop or sell to them again and I’ll be sure to spread the word.

Terrible customer service!! I could hear the employees making rude comments about customers. They were not quiet about it. Five employees and no one helped out a very pregnant young lady with her large toy she purchased. Also they do not buy back hardly anything. I took in a huge box of baby girl clothes that were all purchased brand new less than four months ago and was told they would only give me $12 for 4 of the items. I have been taking clothes here for many years. In recent years they have been passing on more and more of the clothes I bring in. I live in another county and it is frustrating to do all the work of gathering the clothes up and driving them down, only for over half to be passed on. AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH 90% OF THE PASSES!!! I am human and can miss a spot from time to time, but for a whole tote to be given back to me is ridiculous!!!
