Great for shopping - not for reselling! I took in one laundry basket and two bags FULL of name brand items (Janie & Jack, Tesa Babe, Feltman Brother’s), many which had tags. I waited about an hour (with my 9 month old), which was fine. Except they only took 5% of the items. When I got home and looked, the basket and the bottom of both bags were folded the EXACT way they were when I brought them in. The buyer didn’t even look at everything. This store is fantastic! Everything is organized and clean. The employees are friendly, and they help you find your desired product. I live out of state where they have other Once Upon a Childs. However, they are not clean and organized like this specific store, and so I wait to shop with them. I love them and highly recommend them. Check them out!
Love the store itself; we shop there a lot. But I was very unhappy when we left there today. It was our first time selling to them. They paid good for the clothing, but when we got the rest back, our boxes and bins were completely disorganized and destroyed! They just threw everything back in there. I understand they are busy but it can't be that hard to set the stuff back in the bins similar to the way we had it to try and make it easier for them-- organized by size.
