Cheyenne was not willing to do a quick check for a blazer my son needed to wear to a funeral. Poor customer service.

The team at OUAC Kennesaw are always really helpful. I am a regular there because I have 2 little girls who grow like weeds and they always make it a point to tell me about sales, or answer any questions. I love going there not I lay for the prices, but because everything I find did in great shape and it's a great atmosphere.
Great for shopping - not for reselling! I took in one laundry basket and two bags FULL of name brand items (Janie & Jack, Tesa Babe, Feltman Brother’s), many which had tags. I waited about an hour (with my 9 month old), which was fine. Except they only took 5% of the items. When I got home and looked, the basket and the bottom of both bags were folded the EXACT way they were when I brought them in. The buyer didn’t even look at everything. Great selection. Was nervous because it's our first time here. But boy did they not let us down. It does stink they're owned by platos closet which doesn't give you anything for your items. But worth coming in
I have been here twice and always had a good experience. Before I ever went I looked at the reviews and I honestly don't think people don't give them enough credit. I brought used stuff there and got money for some of my items. ALOT of people go there and expect to get what they paid. IT is a store that sells USED stuff even if it has a tag, it's still USED.
