I usually go to the Sandy Springs location b/c i've never had a pleasant experience at this location but since I was in Kennesaw I decided to stop in to pick up a few last minute items that my daughter needs for a costume party. The cashier didn't smile or even ask me did I have a punch card or have I ever sold with them before. She just rang up each item and told me how much money I owed. This location should train their employees to treat all customers the same.
Love this place!!!! The 70% off of clearance items sale was awesome!!!
The team at OUAC Kennesaw are always really helpful. I am a regular there because I have 2 little girls who grow like weeds and they always make it a point to tell me about sales, or answer any questions. I love going there not I lay for the prices, but because everything I find did in great shape and it's a great atmosphere.
I shop here all the time for my daughter and love it. Yes, they pass on my stuff and I'm like what the--? But they have SO MUCH inventory I'm surprised they still buy lol I love all the clothes I get and think the prices are good. Yes, it could be bigger, but other than that... Everyone is friendly!
Always a friendly helpful staff working when I visit. Very quick at processing items you want to sell. The best consignment shop in the Kennesaw area!
Nicer more respectful employees. Rude people! I said hi when I walked in to look at shoes and there were about 5 employees standing behind the counter... all of them looked up and no one responded! Only a look on their face as if they had just smelled poop... I will not be back. You want customers? How about a hello or even a small smile when someone speaks to you? I wish tadpoles was still around! They were so nice and they had way nicer stuff and more deals!
