I really don't like giving bad reviews especially when I thought this was going to be a great thing when you have babies. I hate being lied to more, however. I've taken in, a number of times now, items that have tags still and items worn once without a single stain and being told they can't take them because of stains or general wear. Cheyenne was not willing to do a quick check for a blazer my son needed to wear to a funeral. Poor customer service.
I just left Upon A Child. The store was very clean and organized. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I will be back very soon!

Weve shopped here for a little over 2 years for our son (always happy) but most recently we had an "ah! Our daughter is due in only 6 weeks!!" list. Clothes, exersaucer, swing, and all kinds of little things that we knocked out in one trip for under 100 bucks! Not only was it priced where we needed it to be but the things were in excellent condition. I honestly can't find any proof that our swing OR exersaucer was even used before we bought it!! LOVE this place.
Great selection. Was nervous because it's our first time here. But boy did they not let us down. It does stink they're owned by platos closet which doesn't give you anything for your items. But worth coming in
The kennesaw location is awful. I hear a lot of my friends say the one in Roswell is much more worth the drive. I just left there with a huge bag of clothes that my 1 year old has barely worn because they were to small for him....they took like 5 items and my stroller which was pretty much brand new and have me about $25 dollars. I went through there stuff, and there were stains on tons of the boy clothes, but mine which were extremely clean they didn't buy. I have been here twice and always had a good experience. Before I ever went I looked at the reviews and I honestly don't think people don't give them enough credit. I brought used stuff there and got money for some of my items. ALOT of people go there and expect to get what they paid. IT is a store that sells USED stuff even if it has a tag, it's still USED.
