I just made the trip to get my grad dress this past Friday, and I was not disappointed! Danielle was nothing but kind and she was very helpful when trying to find my dream dress. There were stunning wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, and grad dresses. The purchasing part was a breeze as well. Highly recommend! 😊
I had such a wonderful experience at Once Upon a Bride! I was buying off the rack and on a bit of a time crunch, so finding the right dress felt a little daunting — but Danielle, the owner, made it so easy. She was incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond to messages, and had such a beautiful selection of dresses to choose from. She understood exactly what I needed and helped me find something close to my size that still felt like the one. Thanks to her, I walked away with my dream dress. I couldn’t recommend her more!
There was limited supply of what I had in my mind, hence only four stars but other than that it was a wonderful experience. The consultant helping me, Deonie, picked out the perfect dress and I actually ended up picking the one she pulled out. If it wasn’t for her, it would’ve been a different experience. She was kind, on my side and willing to stand firm on my behalf. She alone deserves five stars.
My family is so grateful for Danielle as my daughter was left heart broken with a situation that was out of her control. Danielle came through for us as she was able to get the dress my daughter had fallen in love with and had it in her shop within a week of us reaching out to her. Then not only did she squeeze us in for an appointment on the Saturday but when we arrived early as we had to travel, she opened her doors before our appointment to let my daughter try her dress on. Go here for brides, grads, any special occasion, the shop is beautiful and arranged for privacy, Danielle is knowledgeable, accommodating and has the best energy!
