I was absolutely wowed by the service and care shown by Once Upon a Bride in Lethbridge! After a local bridal shop in my hometown closed, I had fewer options for a wedding dress, but I am so glad I made the trip to Lethbridge. They made the whole experience of trying on gowns fun and encouraging, and throughout the ordering and payment process, they answered all my questions promptly and patiently. My dress even arrived earlier than expected and fits like a glove! Can not recommend them enough!
Danielle is always amazing! I had the pleasure of working with her mom at the bridal fashion shows in the late 90s and knew I just had to buy my dress from their shop. The larger dress size options were plentiful, very beautiful had there were lots of designers to choose from. Get your dress here!! I got my beautiful graduation dress here. They are always helpful, I was very comfortable trying the dress on and everyone was super respectful. Very flexible with the appointments even in busier days! Very great company.
My wedding dress appointment at Once Upon a Bride was everything I wanted and more! I came in to the boutique and asked them to put me in whatever they thought would look good on my body. I also needed to have a dress off the rack that I could take home. The first dress they put me in was magic.
