Wow! Deonie was the most amazing consultant! She was professional, honest and kind and obviously very knowledgeable and great at her job. She never once made me feel rushed and was very reassuring and helpful. She was also really, really great in front of the party I brought with me and seemed to know exactly when to jump in (sometimes in my defence) and also when to let us talk things through and work out our feelings/thoughts. I was absolutely wowed by the service and care shown by Once Upon a Bride in Lethbridge! After a local bridal shop in my hometown closed, I had fewer options for a wedding dress, but I am so glad I made the trip to Lethbridge. They made the whole experience of trying on gowns fun and encouraging, and throughout the ordering and payment process, they answered all my questions promptly and patiently. My dress even arrived earlier than expected and fits like a glove! Can not recommend them enough!

Danielle is always amazing! I had the pleasure of working with her mom at the bridal fashion shows in the late 90s and knew I just had to buy my dress from their shop. The larger dress size options were plentiful, very beautiful had there were lots of designers to choose from. Danielle and her staff were professional and helpful and made me feel like I was an individual, for my special day! Get your dress here!! I got my beautiful graduation dress here. They are always helpful, I was very comfortable trying the dress on and everyone was super respectful. Very flexible with the appointments even in busier days! Very great company.
