There was limited supply of what I had in my mind, hence only four stars but other than that it was a wonderful experience. The consultant helping me, Deonie, picked out the perfect dress and I actually ended up picking the one she pulled out. If it wasn’t for her, it would’ve been a different experience. She was kind, on my side and willing to stand firm on my behalf. She alone deserves five stars.
My family is so grateful for Danielle as my daughter was left heart broken with a situation that was out of her control. Danielle came through for us as she was able to get the dress my daughter had fallen in love with and had it in her shop within a week of us reaching out to her. Then not only did she squeeze us in for an appointment on the Saturday but when we arrived early as we had to travel, she opened her doors before our appointment to let my daughter try her dress on.
