Nurse Practitioner is great. She said any problems, call us. The course of meds were over and my sons throat still looked awful, so I call at 8:57 am (3 minutes prior to open). I was told that the nurse practitioner is not scheduled to be in and the doctor is not there yet. I was told he would return my call. I received a call 20 minutes prior to their close time and the nurse says your son needs to be seen again. Chrystal,we are sorry about your experience. Sometimes our patient load puts us in a situation where patient service is compromised. This is however not excusable, please allow us another opporunity to show you the type patient care we are well known to have in our community.
I just loaded up three kids two crying to take my son here today which is Saturday and pulled up at 5:43 and they were walking out and just told me sorry we are closing early. Completely ridiculous to close early if you advertise your hours unless an emergency.

Kelly, we apologize. We however like many businesses sometimes when things are slow on a weekend, we try to let our staff off early, so that they can enjoy as much of their weekend as possible. They all work very hard throughout the week. Please allow us to help you in the future.

There's a bit of a wait; first come first served. But worth it. I would absolutely recommend on call of Ocean, Springs to everyone. Dr. Aldridge is a very skilled Doctor.
