Had to have my new to me 04 dodge ram taken into ONB Automotive. Brakes and rotors were severley worn, power steering system was completely shot, radiator was leaking and front control arms were loose. They had it done in a reasonable amount of time, not that, that mattered as they had a loaner vehichle for me while my truck was getting repaired! Been using ONB for Preventative Maint. Couldn't be happier. They are very fair with time, do solid work and always communicate throughout the service. They are my go to!!!
If I could leave lower than one star, I really would. I went here a while back to get my car checked out and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it without having to run some diagnostics that would cost thousands of dollars I ended up going to a different auto Mechanic who charged me $80 for diagnostics And let me know everything that was wrong showed me photos and explained to me what was going on, at ONB auto repair they had told me they were going to show me photos after they looked at my car and they never showe... read more
