Good service in past year but have called and left text messages per instructions from his phone answering service. Left messages 4-5 times in the last three weeks and we have not heard from him. NO response or perhaps he has gone out of business or has died.
Kevin is super professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of RV maintenance. I am located in Winter Haven, and Kevin came with his assistant to install a new awning on my camper. They were both in great spirits with a positive attitude despite inclement weather and did a top-notch installation job. Thank you for your fine work!!

Kevin was able to come my rescue, I thought I knew what was wrong with my dometic a/c, after all I watched all the YouTube videos and checked many websites. Opened up the unit and went through the steps outlined on YouTube to check. Explained what I thought it was to Kevin and he kindly walked me through the different possibilities. He came by at the end of a long hot day and took my unit apart then showed me the two parts that were not working (not the capacitor that I thought it was).
