Noreen made us feel like we had a safe space to speak openly to each other. We felt like she asked the right questions and provided us with insight as to why certain conflicts happen, and then provided a clear plan for future visits which helped us to feel heard. It truly feels like she cares and want what's best for us. We look forward to future visits with Noreen! Also wanted to say that Renee the receptionist has been lovely as well and very easy to communicate with :)
Julie is a compassionate and caring person who allows me to look at things through a different lens. She also checks in with me and that makes me feel valued.
Julie listened and spoke only for clarification of some of my statements. In general she was sympatetic and comforting. I came away with a feeling of relief and calm.
I've been searching for a therapist for a while and within 5 mins of speaking with Julie in my intro call, I knew she was a good therapist with lots of experience and knowledge and that she really cared about people and her work. The Team Assistant, Renee was also very kind and diligent. I truly sensed genuninity and professionalism but most importantly, the genuninity in their work in counseling services.
