Children is the priority not insurance money and your ego
Completely unresponsive. They will not contact you if your child is injured while in their care. After your child is discharged they will not provide you with treatment records. Frequent staff turnover. I'd love it if someone who works there would just provide me with my kids treatment records. My kid was discharged June 21 and it's like they've never had a parent request records. I've reached out to 3 different people working there asking how I get my kids records. 2 just never responded and now 1 has actually responded but... read more
