This is the second time I have had On Track Overhead Doors Inc. come out to repair my garage door. Both times they did an outstanding job. This time Kyle T. was very fast and called before he came out. He did a good job and cleaned up and lubed my entire door. He also tried it a few times to make sure it worked properly.

I'm not one to leave a ton of reviews. So if I'm leaving one then you know they left an impact on me. I can't say enough great things about On Track Overhead Doors. The spring to our garage snapped in half over the weekend. We called On Track Monday morning and they were out within two hours. They called to let us know they were on their way but I was out doing errands. They waited a few minutes for me to come home instead of rescheduling for later in the day. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. He educated me on what is important in buying a garage door. The installation went well and I my garage doors look fantastic. They look like wood but they are made of steel. I would recommend this company, they had quality garage doors and the price was better than Lowes, Home Depot, and Menards.
