We have been going to On Track for years, first recommended by my cousin for a classic truck (Chevy Ranchero) and now for "newer" cars. We always get top-notch service, excellent repairs, and yesterday we even got a car wash (sadly, well-deserved)! As women, we are dealt with respectfully. Finally, they always stand behind their work. That's why we drive all the way down to Burlingame from SF!
Great customer service and pricing. Consistently excellent work. Recently fixed an issue with my vehicle that the dealership struggled to diagnose.
With my recent service - I still got great customer service, a very reasonable price, no up-selling, a clear explanation of what would be/was done...BUT - this time my car was washed and vacuumed! Yay -boy did it need it. I didn't think OTA could get better - but it did! This is the place to take your car.

Highly recommend On Track Automotive. Just picked up my 2011 Camaro from 100K service and it just purrs...great, reliable service at a fair price. How many shops can you say that about? Not many...especially for us girls!
