Jason was prompt with the estimate and organized the crew promptly. Cory and the team onsite were very pleasant and left the job site tidy at the end of each day. I would highly recommend OnTop Roofing for your new roof!
Highly recommend. We got multiple quotes from multiple companies but Jason was the most thorough inspecting and detailing the needs our roof had. Cory and his crew were extremely efficient and professional and cleaned the surrounding area when they were done. We're very happy with the quality of our new roof. They also had great contacts for our gutter replacement
I had my old roof replaced by On Top in POCO in May. They have replaced the roofs of over 12 houses in our street. I kept watching them working, appreciated their work quality and decided to go with them despite having cheaper quotes. These days it is not easy to find quality contractors that you could trust. They added ventilation to my attics, corrected the original wrong duct works of bathrooms and replaced molded plywoods. We just had OnTop Roofing re-shingle and change all the facia boards our house and shed in Port Coquitlam. The crew arrived before 8:00am on Tuesday (day 1) and got prepared for the job so they were ready to start once the shingles were delivered. The crew only took a break for coffee in the morning and a lunch break. The majority of the roof was re-shingled, new vents installed and the majority of the facia boards were installed by the end of Tuesday.
