All this company cares about is money period getting things fixed is like pulling teeth but they are On-Top of passing expenses on to the tenant if you can even get a response.

I've been using this company since I purchased a 12 unit building in Spokane two years ago. They are everything a property management company should be and more. They've saved me from more headaches than I can count. I will continue to do business with them for as long as I have property in the area.

We have invested in rental properties for the past 15 years and had self managed for the first 12. We hired On-Top to manage our portfolio of properties (20+) about three years ago. Property management is a tough business and requires great attention to detail. The staff at On-Top has provided us with an excellent level of service and has done a great job managing our projects.

Worked with us on move in called maintenance and had someone there within about an hour first guy a bit grumpy sounding from maintenance.
Rude, incompetent, and lazy. Need I say more. They are never available even by phone and when you do finally reach them they are rude.
