We used this company 3 years ago to refinance our home, we are now selling our home and we are dealing with a bunch of problems. They added my in-laws to the deed, when they signed off on it because my husband and I got married so the house would no longer go to them if something happened to him. It messed with their refinancing, and is now holding us up. They were also very rude when we asked any questions at the closing, she had no answers and said she didn’t k ow anything.

DO NOT USE. I recently sold my house and the buyer used this company, and everything has been a disaster. One mistake after another. The closing itself took forever because of all the mistakes this company made. They never got the buyer or myself a disclosure until about 20 minutes before closing. Then it was all wrong. No one at this company seemed to know anything. So many mistakes, causing lots of drama and headache and confusion and extra time for us all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS .
