On Time Restoration did a great job. They were able to respond immediately and came out in a matter of hours (after hours) to resolve our basement flood. Very professional and easy to work with the team.

Shawn was honestly a lifesaver. My ejector pump failed, and he came out to our house after hours, around 8 or 9 PM, just to check everything out. By the next day, he had already provided us with a very reasonable quote. What really stood out was that he and his team came out during Memorial Day weekend to help clean up and remove everything from the basement. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful during a really stressful situation. I truly can’t recommend Shawn enough.
