We had a sump pump failure a week ago and Shawn answered my call after hours around 8 pm. He helped us through the phone to fix our pump by shaking the pipes which got it to work. This saved our whole basement from flooding. Unfortunately half of the basement was already affected. Shawn and his team came the day after around 11am, cleaned and dried the basement. My experience with this restoration company has been stress free. My home suffered water damage due to burst water pipes but the stress related the mishap to has been greatly minimized by the care my home has received from Shawn and his staff. Water pipe burst on an early Saturday morning called On Time Restoration. Shawn and his crew came out that morning to take care of water damage. They did a great job and worked with insurance. I feel fortunate my call was answered that day.
