Shawn was honestly a lifesaver. My ejector pump failed, and he came out to our house after hours, around 8 or 9 PM, just to check everything out. By the next day, he had already provided us with a very reasonable quote. What really stood out was that he and his team came out during Memorial Day weekend to help clean up and remove everything from the basement. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful during a really stressful situation. I truly can’t recommend Shawn enough.

On Time Restoration is an excellent company that I highly recommend! Shawn is very thorough and explains everything that needs to be done and why. Response time is impeccable! His crew is amazing as well. They were very careful during the removal of walls, carper, and our bar. They even took the time to save the trim of the bar so we can use it on the replacement because they knew my dad had bult it and is no longer with us. They are excellent all the way around.
We suffered significant water damage due to a water line break and woke up at 2am to discover a flooded house. Not only did Shawn answer our call at that early hour, he was able to rally his team to our home in just a few hours to start the clean up process. We had a sump pump failure a week ago and Shawn answered my call after hours around 8 pm. He helped us through the phone to fix our pump by shaking the pipes which got it to work. This saved our whole basement from flooding. Unfortunately half of the basement was already affected. Shawn and his team came the day after around 11am, cleaned and dried the basement.
