Just had a tuneup for summer ac. Tim Hall was very professional and courteous. On the following day my ac fan would not start. Tim came back and discovered that he had not securly connected a wire to the fan which he quickly announced and appoligized for, I consider it an honest mistake because he had not seen my unit before. It was just a learning experience. I would definetly reccomend Ontime to everyone.
Every single time I have had a worker from on time come to my home. They have been so respectful so kind nice and explain everything in detail and showed pictures and I just think this is one of those companies where you never let go of them would highly recommend to all of my friends and family.
Always professional. Always “on time” hehehe… Technicians are knowledgeable and stay until any problem is solved. Enjoyed Tim’s service today. He explained what he was doing, did it, cleaned up. Viola! Highly Recommend!!!
