The technicians at On Time Heating & AC Repair are highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The office staff provided excellent communication by keeping me updated on appointments and informing me about the arriving technicians. Highly recommended this company, I was able to make an appointment very quickly and they were very friendly and helpful on the phone and the technician Marcus that came out to my house for service was very professional and friendly as well and seemed to be very knowledgeable with installing my water heater and he even helped me and my father out with negotiating a lower price for the install! I appreciate it tremendously and thank you again!

I called a bit frazzled because my pilot light had gone out and my igniter was not working. Jim answered and told me to send him a picture of my water heater and walked me through the entire process. I was thrilled to have the water heater working in ten minutes. Jim was great at letting me know what to do and how to do it. A phenomenal job, and great service. I cannot recommend him enough.

My water heater started breaking one night, they were there the next day to identify the cause which was an internal leak, and then the following day they installed a new water heater. They were quick professional and made sure I was only without hot water for about a day.
