My condolences and prayers go out to the family of Pat, the owner/operator of OTS mobile rv service. I heard yesterday of his recent death from terminal illness. My wife and I rolled into our campground at about 4pm and found one of our landing gear would not extend on our fifth wheel. I called up On The Spot. Pat gave a good breakdown of the what the issue appeared to be over the phone. I sent him some pictures and measurements. He told me he would have time the next day to come out and take a look.
