Awful, awful awful! Poor quality work, rarely showed up, never finished job and was unresponsive to texts, emails and phone calls. Total scam!! Buyer beware!
We hired Brightrock for landscaping work at our home (clean-up, hedge trimming, mulching, planting, etc.). Could not be happier with the results! We have A LOT of ivy and overgrown weeds at our property that needed to be cleaned up, and Brightrock exceeded our expectations at a very affordable rate. I would recommend this company to anyone who is seeking landscaping services in Chattanooga!
We recieved multiple quotes and chose Brightrock as our contractor. We had Rocky come out and settle on the final details. He said it would be 5 weeks before he could start. After waiting 5 weeks he canceled the day of by email. He sited rising cost of material, but would not even have a conversation to work with us. We had to start the process from scratch after waiting for over a month. I do NOT recommend this contractor.
