unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. One of the main issues was the elevator, which was frequently out of service and rarely repaired in a timely manner. For a multi-floor building, this was a major inconvenience. Another ongoing issue was the hot tub, which was advertised as an amenity but was never fixed or usable during my time there.
I lived here for a year, and while the residents are friendly and I really appreciated that it’s a pet-friendly community, the management company is completely unresponsive when it comes to maintenance. They don’t seem to care about any of the issues tenants report. The hot tub was broken the entire time I lived there, and every time I asked about it, they gave vague excuses but never fixed it. It’s clear they only care about collecting rent, not maintaining the property or improving residents’ experience.
Unfortunately, this place is really falling apart. The owners clearly don’t care about anything except collecting rent. Most of the amenities are either broken, outdated, or completely unusable. Maintenance is slow or nonexistent, and any concerns from tenants are generally ignored. It’s frustrating to pay so much for so little in return. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-maintained or professionally managed property.
Do not move here. Everything that’s broken stays broken — indefinitely. The hot tub has never been fixed, the elevator is constantly out of service, and reliable hot water is a gamble at best. Maintenance is practically nonexistent, and management clearly doesn’t care. You end up paying full rent to live with third-world conditions — like being homeless but with a lease. It’s beyond frustrating and absolutely not worth it.
Do not trust the pictures on the website. The apartment complex is misrepresented online — several advertised amenities are either broken or completely missing. There is no hot tub, despite what the pictures or descriptions suggest. The patio furniture is nonexistent. If you're considering moving here based on the amenities shown, look elsewhere.
