People are only going to leave reviews when they're happy or mad. Lot's of mad people not really sharing what the community is actually like. It's the most walkable place ever. Everything around the building is great. Neighbors are so nice. We're right on a park so dog walking is a breeze. For being in the city, this is the best it can get. I love it here. They're doing so much to make this place amazing. Hot tubs back on. New gates to limit homeless campers. Landscaping. Hallways. Everything is good and becoming great.
Spoke to Ellaria Seaton over email about a MFTE studio. At first they said a guarantor only has to make 2.5 x the monthly rent so I booked a tour and was going to travel down from Bellingham to look at it because I'm moving there for school. Well then I get an email stating that actually guarantors have to make at least FIVE TIMES the monthly rent. If we made that much we wouldn't be looking at MFTE units. SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!!!
Management is horrible - they keep on losing parcels! I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of packages despite this building having a mail room and Parcel Pending lockers. Packages which show as delivered (with and without photos) simply vanish. The front desk is consistently unhelpful and treats it as entirely not their problem. They always try to portray it as other's fault, even though I put the address, the unit number correctly and delivery agents deliver in the mailroom!
Cigarette smoke, package theft, poor communication. My downstairs neighbor smokes in her apartment and it comes up into my unit through the bathroom fan system and filtering up through floorboards, i can only assume. It constantly reeks of cigarettes in my unit and has the entire year I've lived here. They're now happily raising my rent and I woke up to cigarette smoke in my bathroom once again. Ellaria was very helpful with my move in and made it easy. She is very kind and goes above and beyond to help residents. The apartment is nice and spacious. The amenities are great.
