Professional and friendly.
On top of the incredible service in the store, the care and compassion they showed my father when delivering his lift chair touched my heart.
I needed a walker to suit my needs when I’m out on trips or long days when I might need to sit down as well as walk. On The Mend folks fitted me up with just what I needed. A sturdy, larger wheeled walker with a seat and a zippered bag for carrying my extra things. Very pleased with my walker and, just as importantly, with customer service. Great folks. I highly recommend On The Mend for your medical supply needs.
Liam and Marsi are gems and really helped me get my 84 year old (very resistant!) father the equipment he needed to make him safe in the bathroom. Not to mention they are friendly, funny, honest and caring. Thanks so much! Always remember me as Anastasia of the “bathroom window” incident 😉
I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for the On the Mend Team. Both Marci and Bob were great in responding quickly to my need to have my mothers chair lift repaired. Since my call was a cold call via finding them from a google search on a Saturday. I had never done business with On the Mend before. Marci response to help resolve my problem was great. Liam and Bob are the greatest. They helped my father find the right scooter for his size. When the 1st scooter did not work for him they replaced it right away with a brand new one. They also made a few trips to see my dad to insure he was using the scooter correctly. Very caring and compassionate group of people. Thank you for all your help.
