Liam and the staff of OTM truly go the extra mile to help those in need. They donated a medical chair to my father who is currently battling cancer and they connected us with the Connecticut Cancer Foundation. As a result we received a grant that enabled us to get additional much needed medical equipment for my dad. OTM did not make ANY money from donating these items to my father. They did it because they are good people with good hearts who care about their customers. Keep up the great work, OTM!
Prices are doubled since pandemic. Gouging!
they price gouge and this was way before quarantine. and it's disgusting. How are you charging older people, who can't really leave their houses double the price of things just for others that know them to find it for 20 $30 cheaper out of normal store. it's the same exact item. again this is before the quarantine
