I choose to go to physical therapy instead.
I cannot recommend On the Go Wellness highly enough! As someone who struggled with significant stiffness that limited my mobility, their chiropractic care was a game-changer. Dr Nicole and Dr Joshua were professional, attentive, and tailored their approach to my needs. With their help, I went from barely moving to swinging golf clubs again with ease.
