They bent up my son's phone because they claim they couldn't get it open because it was dented. In that case they shouldn't have done anything and notified him first that there would be further damage and let the customer make that decision. Now the phone is open to dirt and debris and the case no longer fits. You don't claim to be able to fix something and return it broken in another way. That's NOT good customer service.
