The food and service were fantastic. Everything was beautiful and interesting. The chef takes extra steps to make the nutrients in the food bioavailable. She sent the guests home with tons of food. She said that anything that was left would be dried or preserved or fed to her chickens. I could not be more excited to learn that sustainability is possible at this scale.
On The Fly Tapsters provided catering for my promotion ceremony. They are not only true professionals, but amazing chefs. They baked/cooked a Kosher, low carb spread, without seed oils that was delicious. We had about 150 guests. The leftovers kept me and my family fed for the entire following week. I will 100% hire them for the next event that I host. Thank you so much!
On the Fly Tapsters is our go-to caterer. Food is creative and delicious! They are very flexible regarding last minute changes and the staff are not only friendly, but leave our house spotless when they leave!
So far the best catering and bar service I have seen. The staff is friendly and deliver value to their customers
