The Coconut Shrimp was so good Having the blue corn chicken taco for the first time I would definitely try it again !
The food and service were fantastic. Everything was beautiful and interesting. The chef takes extra steps to make the nutrients in the food bioavailable. She sent the guests home with tons of food. She said that anything that was left would be dried or preserved or fed to her chickens. I could not be more excited to learn that sustainability is possible at this scale.
