I experienced the worse customer service. I placed an order over the phone, I switched my order from the classic burrito to a fajita in which the customer service rep repeated to me. When I got there I had the wrong order. The to-go cashier got the manager. He was rude, unapologetic, nor did he have the common courtesy to ask me how can he fix my order. The cashier didn’t say anything either. I understand mistakes happen what annoyed me the most was the lack of concern and customer service.
Took my husband for his birthday to his favorite Restraunt that we been going for 10 years . Service took forever — kids chicken fingers meal was served raw chicken order was wrong we ordered rice and was served fries . Husband ordered ranchiladas med rare & steak came out well done with no jalapeño garnish had to order the garnish . We had our high school reunion there and I was very pleased. Nice atmosphere and good food.
Food was awesome but didn’t really care for the waitress she could of been more welcoming towards us🤨🤨🤨🤨 but my girlfriend eats there every Sunday and usually the stafff is welcoming. I’ll go again but hopefully I’ll have a better waitress next time😁😁😁😁
Kris is A+ when it comes to bartending in NWA! Everyone come in and see him.
