On the border is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in Rapid City SD! Cant touch their happy hour!

Great view, okay food but slow service...wouldn't come again.
Go to the right and sit in the lounge . Eat lots of chips and salsa.
Im dont like spicy food a the salsa and my meal were very spicy. Imo
