No bueno this company. All about money & doing HOA’s dirty work.
I wish I could say I have had a pleasant experience. However I am beyond furious with LVontheballs office staff who for some reason thought it would be acceptable to tell me that I refuse to accept accountability to pay my fees which include numerous late fees and fines. I have been calling the office for a couple months always missing anyone who actually might be in the office during usual business hours. Then when I'm frustrated because I can't reach anyone to get my bill issues straightened out and I've been locked out of... read more

LV ON THE BALL AKA Chris and Tara ,has an unconventional approach to welcoming new residents by asking them to paint their entire house within a month of moving in. This seems like an unreasonable request and could be quite burdensome for new homeowners. Additionally, their partnership with Ashley Towing Company to profit from residents' needs for towing services raises ethical questions. I would really like to give zero stars. They are a nightmare. Mainly the Co owner Chris. Completely condescending and rude. Never worked with someone so unprofessional and rude in my life. Has a huge grudge on his shoulder and is vindictive if questioned.
