Joe was very thorough and knowledgeable. He also made it a point to educate you on the systems in the home that would require maintenance. The education part included how to, frequency and general knowledge of system. I really appreciated the information provided. As if that was not enough I was pleasantly surprised to receive the report. The layout, information and pictures made it easy to understand.
Joe is very knowledgeable and provides detailed inspection that provides the buyer upfront clear information. You wouldn't be disappointed with his quality of work and professionalism!

Joe is a very friendly knowlegble inspector that provides top notch service at a price that matches the competition for service that is beyond what you could normally expect it's nice when you see first hand the pride that goes into his work.
