We were referred to On-Target Floor Care by our neighbor and I am so glad we were! First of all Jake was so polite on the phone making the appointment. Sounded sincerely pleased to help us! Jake showed up ON TIME for our appointment. We needed carpets cleaned in 3 bedrooms and area rugs as well. He also suggested we have our travertine tile traffic areas done. I thought I had to replace my carpets and area rugs—they looked beyond saving. But On-Target Floor Care completely turned it around. The results were shocking (in the best way). Jake did an outstanding job on our tile floors! He was able to remove stubborn grout stains that I thought would never come out, and now the floors look brand new and my house smells great! His attention to detail is impressive, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be recommending him again and again — and I can’t wait to have him buff out our marble countertops next!
My 5 year old carpet looks like new and smells great. Jake did an EXCELLENT job. Very nice young man who has been doing this type of cleaning for years. He also did a great job on our off white area rug and couch. He was punctual as well. I will definitely use them again!
