My tile floors and grout were embarrassingly dirty - the grout was black. On Target was here over 5 hours working diligently to get it clean, followed by a sealer. I can’t tell you how happy I am with how my floors and grout turned out. I found On Target from reviews on Go Gilbert Facebook page. I then read their reviews in other places. My 5 year old carpet looks like new and smells great. Jake did an EXCELLENT job. Very nice young man who has been doing this type of cleaning for years. He also did a great job on our off white area rug and couch. He was punctual as well. I will definitely use them again!
Great experience! Jake was able to clean and seal my black shower tile to look brand new. From the scheduling to the day of the appointment there was great communication. Small family business that truly cares about their work and their customers.
This was our first time using On Target, and we’re very happy with the cleaning on our annoyingly light fabric couch. We’ll do return business with them, and would recommend to others. Quotes are very fair, and Jake does excellent work. He’s a great communicator, friendly, timely, efficient, and does what he says when he says he’ll do it. I thought I had to replace my carpets and area rugs—they looked beyond saving. But On-Target Floor Care completely turned it around. The results were shocking (in the best way).
