We were referred to On-Target Floor Care by our neighbor and I am so glad we were! First of all Jake was so polite on the phone making the appointment. Sounded sincerely pleased to help us! Jake showed up ON TIME for our appointment. We needed carpets cleaned in 3 bedrooms and area rugs as well. He also suggested we have our travertine tile traffic areas done. We were initially worried because of the affordable estimate compared to the high estimates we got for the same project from other companies. But we are so happy with the results!! Moved into a dirty rental that would make our feet black after walking on the tiles and Jake did an amazing job, no more dirt!! My tile floors and grout were embarrassingly dirty - the grout was black. On Target was here over 5 hours working diligently to get it clean, followed by a sealer. I can’t tell you how happy I am with how my floors and grout turned out. I found On Target from reviews on Go Gilbert Facebook page. I then read their reviews in other places. My 5 year old carpet looks like new and smells great. Jake did an EXCELLENT job. Very nice young man who has been doing this type of cleaning for years. He also did a great job on our off white area rug and couch. He was punctual as well. I will definitely use them again!
