Jake was very pleasant and professional from the start. He explained everything and told us how to maintain our tile once cleaned. I now have clean tile for the first time. Thanks again Jake!
Jake did an outstanding job on our tile floors! He was able to remove stubborn grout stains that I thought would never come out, and now the floors look brand new and my house smells great! His attention to detail is impressive, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be recommending him again and again — and I can’t wait to have him buff out our marble countertops next!
This was our first time using On Target, and we’re very happy with the cleaning on our annoyingly light fabric couch. We’ll do return business with them, and would recommend to others. Quotes are very fair, and Jake does excellent work. He’s a great communicator, friendly, timely, efficient, and does what he says when he says he’ll do it. Big relief after hitting a few dead ends before finding On Target.
I thought I had to replace my carpets and area rugs—they looked beyond saving. But On-Target Floor Care completely turned it around. The results were shocking (in the best way).
