I've never had a more nightmarish experience at a salon before or a worse haircut. To be fair the initial interaction was pleasant. 'Lani' was friendly, asked me questions about what I wanted. I showed a reference picture and said in very explicit and specific terms exactly what I wanted done. Ive maintained very long hair a little past my waist for over a decade.
