So nice that someone came to do the repair on the snow machine. I have no ability to take it to a repair shop. Also the cost was reasonable
Excellent repair job done in a short time, but the guy arrived an hour early! 8:30 a.m. and I am not an early riser. This is not an actual complaint; at least I didn't have to wait over a four hour period.

Excellent service! Tech was early (I always appreciate that), very efficient & knowledgeable. Repair was done quickly, & their service truck was very impressive - rear ramp & power lift in the work area. I'll definitely use On Spot again.
