I had questions in regards to medications and Jenn was extremely quick in responding to my question and concerns. She gave me recommendations and support and I greatly appreciated it.
I had a very concerning experience with this practice that I feel is worth documenting. After working to stabilize my hormone levels, I ran out of my prescribed testosterone and went over a month without receiving my injections. I had already paid over $500 for two months of treatment and one blood test, yet during that time I was effectively paying for care I was not receiving. I can’t believe I’ve never left Dr. Jenn and her team a Google review before this moment but here we are. This team is AMAZING!!! I’m currently on vacation out-of-state and I woke up with a sore throat and white spots on my tonsils. A text to their on-call line and within 10 minutes they were ordering me an antibiotic to the pharmacy closest to me.
