Love Dr Smith and all staff . 6 years with Dr Smith. That doctor has never let me down. Shanthley is awesome coordinator, Beanne , referrals, not a bad thing to say about this team.
You know how when you go to the doctor and after the appointment your prescriptions are refilled? This place doesn't do that at all. So after my second appointment with no refills. They actually make you sign an agreement to not call them for medication. Horrible being lied to in your face and your medicine never gets called into the pharmacy. Plus the place is empty because nobody uses them but has 6 people behind the front desks.
I am waiting for them to order my third medicine from 2 weeks and I keep calling please order my medicine I am not supposed to be miss any pill and missing from one week. So alright long story short I end up they oder my medicine in cvs pharmacy in LA, California. I am Sacramento ca .When ask to fix the issue front desk told me go pick up your medicine this time and we will change it on your next appointment.
One Star is far too many. If you have been assigned this office, please reach out and request a new one immediately. This office prides itself on inefficiency and poor patient service. I would commend them on their commitment to being so bad but they mange to one up themselves each time.
I was recently discharged from the hospital with two painful cellulitis/MRSA abscesses and trying to follow up with my PCP. I called on July 10th because I was in pain, on antibiotics, and struggling to walk. The woman who answered the phone had a foreign accent (I didn’t catch her name), and when I explained what was going on and asked if I could be seen sooner than July 15th, she rudely told me to “just go back to the ER.” This wasn’t just frustrating, it was dangerous and completely dismissive.
