I called them for issues regarding my transmission. I told them I was having electrical issues with the wiring harness and instead they fixed a supposed leak behind my dashboard and charged $700 for it. When I told them that they hadn't fixed the issue my sales rep told me they would send another tech out at no cost to me they sent me one at an additional $170 to only diagnose an issue that should have already been resolved and said the tcm was bad.
