Brought my daughters PC in because the chassis fans weren't working and the machine would crash at times. Mike was very helpful and did some poking around and found a cable for the fans was not connected. Plugged in and fans all work. Didn't charge for the time. Was told their labor rate is $95 a hour, billed in quarter hour increments if it had required heavier lifting to fix. Great experience all around, and will go to these guys if I have a need in the future.
The guys here, Mike, Jeff, Oly, truly made my day. They are honest, very trusting and know what they are doing. Definitely coming back!!!
