They were supposed to come by and replace my alternator after the one he put in was defective. He assured me he his work was guaranteed and he would be back to repair it free of charge. He showed up with his children in his car he looked at it and said he would be back. Never showed up, wouldn’t return any text messages and wouldn’t answer the phone. I understand we are all busy and things come up, but communication is the number 1 most important thing when running a business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Fixed my dumb mistake after being at my house 30 mins after I called
This review is late and Jeff has helped me two more times after his initial visit with my 07 Duramax that was having issues. Prior to his first visit, I was desperately trying to find a mobile mechanic or even a shop that I could tow the truck to (it wasn’t starting and it definitely wasn’t the battery). I would definitely recommend this mobile automotive company. Jeff picked up the phone with a positive attitude and seemed genuinely concerned that my car and I were in a safe place to begin with. I’m sure you’ll know what I’m talking about if you’ve called around and heard the level of customer service from the majority of the like services. I was about to have my car towed from the dealership, that’s from Bell Honda do to there outrageous diagnosis fee of 4 hrs- $700.00 before they would even look at it. Anyway he saved me ... read more
