Wish I could give 6 stars! Most knowledgeable, honest, helpful automotive shop I have ever been to. Adam was very thorough when diagnosing the problem with my car. He then spent a significant time with me explaining what the issue was, what my options were and how best to extend the life of my car. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with and is a testament to what true customer service is all about! Much thanks to George for suggesting I bring my car here!!
We took our car to On Site and had such a good experience. We just had work done by another mechanic that was less than subpar. They repaired his work much faster and WAY cheaper. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. As long as we are in Raleigh, we will be taking or cars here, and telling everyone we know to do the same. Thank you Adam and Jessica!!
